How We Got Started
In 2011, John Willie left a comfortable position at a large appliance manufacturer to start something he believed in: a local repair company that treated people the way he’d want to be treated.
“I grew up in Simi Valley,” John says. “My neighbors are my customers. There’s no hiding behind a call center when the person you just helped lives three blocks away. That’s the accountability I wanted to build a business on.”
John started with a single service van, a set of tools, and a cell phone. Word spread quickly — mostly through recommendations at Little League games, church, and the local hardware store. Within two years, he brought on his first technician. Today, the team has grown to eight factory-trained professionals.
